Evergreen Custom Homes, Inc. is a family owned business specializing in the construction of high quality custom homes. Established in 1987, we have been perfecting our trade for over 20 years. We have worked diligently to develop a successful niche and now build exclusively for high-end subdivisions and their property owners.

 

We believe that to build a high quality custom home, every aspect of the project deserves the utmost attention. Therefore, we employ 5 project coordinators/managers allowing each of them to only be responsible for approximately 2-3 homes per year. This enables them the time to give full attention to each home they build. Also, each of the limited number of homes we build annually is personally overseen by an owner of the company. This provides another layer of professional detail and ultimately results in a higher quality home.
