Our Niche

At Evergreen Custom Homes, Inc., we have worked hard to carve out a niche for ourselves at The Cliffs Communities. Our construction projects focus on homes in the range of 3500 to 5500 square feet. Many of our customers are from out-of-state, so effective long-distance communication is fundamental. Our system for keeping the out-of-state customer informed of the building process has been successful and has played a large role in the positive relationships that we have built with our clientele. In fact, because of the great rapport we have with our clients, we have had the opportunity to build more than one home for the same client. In addition, we have received the highest compliment from many of our clients, a referral.

After much success in the Lake Keowee Cliffs Communities of Falls South, The Springs, and The Vineyards, as well as, Walnut Cove, we have also expanded our operation to Mountain Park . This will put 100% of our resources in the Cliffs Communities. We believe providing a quality product at a fair price to satisfied clients is how to run a successful long lasting business. We have found this niche at the Cliffs Communities and plan on being a part of the Cliffs for a long time.
