Cove Park Cottages
Come to the Release of the Cove Park Cottages on May 23rd during the Grand Opening of the Wellness Center at the Cliffs at Walnut Cove. Evergreen Custom Homes will be building these cottages for the Cliffs and there property owners. Please contact us or a Cliffs sales person for details and invitations.

Lot 39 Emerald Bay Falls South has been put under contract. The beautiful 4000+ s/f, multi-million dollar home on one of the pristine peninsula lots of Falls South has been sold. This is our 3rd existing home to be sold in the past several months.

Tiger Coming to the Cliffs
The Cliffs have started the infastructure work at the Cliffs at High Carolina, Tiger woods' first domestic golf course. We are excited to see progress and lots are expected to be released later this year.

Evergreen Custom Homes has reached an agreement with the Cliffs to build 8 Cottages at the Vineyards. These will be located right behind the Clubhouse. Constuction to be completed by May 2008
