We completed the house for the Margevich's in Montain Park. It has real character and many fabulous evenings will be spent on the huge screened porch. Thanks to Kay and Bob for a wonderful home build.

Completed the home for the Williams' in the Valley, looks fantastic and what a view. It was a great project and we cant wait to use the fire pit. Thanks to Garreth and Jane for a fantastic project.

New Year
As the new year has come, we have seen a slight uptick in the new housing market. Good new for those of us in the business.

Sold Renovation
We have sold our renovation on Oregon St. It was sold prior to completion to a wonderful couple from NC.

Oil
Asphalt shingle pricing increased 5%-8% on March 1st. As most of you know the increase in oil prices will have a trickle down effect to most of our building products soon.
